Sunshine Ridge Farm 2025 Sweet Grace
Small bottle, big personality.
Sunshine Ridge Farm’s newest addition to their white wine lineup is a sweet, deeply complex blend of Petit Manseng and Chardonnay. Both grapes add enough acidity to the wine to balance the structure and set the stage for layers and layers of flavor.
Reminiscent of France’s famed Sauternes, the 2025 Sweet Grace delivers ripe tropical notes of pineapple and lychee, white flowers, honey, and dried fruit while boasting a full bodied sweet but balanced wine.
Blue cheeses and Pâte.
The obvious element to consider for pairing options in this wine is the sweetness, but it is complemented nicely with elevated acidity and tons of ripe fruit flavors.
This means this wine is going to be able to play a roll in savory and sweet dishes, and do particularly well with rich cheeses.
Asian cuisine like Thai and Indian are going to be great options here, especially if there is a little heat to match the sweetness.
STANDOUT FEATURES: Sweetness, full body, tropical fruit notes.
Anything too light like white fish will easily get overpowered by this wine.

All-purpose glasses would be best for this aromatic wine.
There is A LOT of complexity in this wine, and the longer it’s open, more and more flavors seem to develop. That said, a decanter could help bring those flavors out, but they also start to show up pretty quickly right out of the glass.
The correct serving temperature is important to show a wine’s true potential, but don’t stress over getting the temp exactly right. Use the chart below to try to get in the right ballpark.
If a wine has been released by the producer, it means it is ready to drink. Wines don’t necessarily get “better” with age, they just change. Typically, this change involves things like losing fresh fruit flavors in exchange for more savory notes.
The moment you should open the bottle depends on your preference, so it’s more important to understand the evolution and the life span of the bottle than it is to try to time its opening perfectly. (It’s far better to open a bottle too early than too late.)
