Garonne, Tarn, and Lot: Closer to Continental. Warm growing season, but influenced by both Atlantic and Mediterranean.
Pyrenees: Maritime climate with Alpine influences. Mountains provide rain-shadow.
Red Wine: Dry and still, some are sold En Primeur.
White Wine: Most are dry. Sweet are late harvest or botrytized. Sparkling is either ancestrale or traditional.
